Concept RNA ("we", "us", "our") operates conceptrna.com and our mobile app to help students prepare for AIIMS NORCET, SGPGI, ESIC, RRB and other government nursing exams. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or app, and how we use it.

When you book a demo class, enroll in a course, or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the exam you’re preparing for. If you use our app, we also collect basic device information and class attendance/progress data so we can show you your learning history.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Set up your account and give you access to the courses you’ve enrolled in
- Send you class reminders, mock test schedules and exam notification alerts by SMS, WhatsApp or email
- Respond to your enquiries and provide support
- Improve our teaching and course content based on how students are performing
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the payment processor used to complete your course purchase, and with SMS/WhatsApp providers used to send you class and exam updates. We do not share your data with other coaching institutes or advertisers.
