We want you to enroll in the right batch the first time. If a course isn't the right fit, here is how refunds work.
Refund Eligibility Window
| Time Since Purchase | Refund |

| Within 3 days, and before 2 live classes attended | Full refund, minus payment gateway charges |
| Within 7 days, and before 5 live classes attended | 50% refund |
| After 7 days or 5+ classes attended | Not eligible for refund |
How to Request a Refund
Call us at +91 74269 55593 or write to conceptrna2016@gmail.com with your registered phone number and the course name. We process eligible refunds to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Batch Changes
If you’d rather switch to a different batch or exam category than request a refund, we’re happy to transfer your enrollment at no extra cost, subject to seat availability in the new batch.
Non-Refundable Items
Printed study material already dispatched to you, and any add-on purchased separately from a course (such as a physical book), is not eligible for refund once shipped.
