These terms apply when you use conceptrna.com, our mobile app, or enroll in any Concept RNA course. By enrolling or using the site, you agree to them.
Course Access
When you enroll in a course, you get access to live classes, recordings and study material for the batch duration stated on the course page at the time of purchase. Access is for your personal use only and login sharing is not permitted; we may suspend an account showing signs of shared access.
Live Classes and Recordings
We aim to deliver every live class as scheduled but occasionally reschedule a class due to faculty availability or technical issues; recordings are made available within 24 hours in that case. Recording availability windows are stated on each course’s page and may vary by batch.
Mock Tests and Results
Mock test rankings are for your own preparation tracking and are not a guarantee of your performance in the actual government exam, which is conducted independently by the relevant exam authority.
Payments and Cancellations
All course fees are payable in full or as per the instalment plan shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund eligibility.
Acceptable Use
Course videos, notes and test series are Concept RNA’s property and are for the enrolled student’s own preparation. Downloading, re-recording or redistributing our material to anyone outside your own study is not permitted.
